Northamptonshire County Council - School Admissions

As part of the Education Fellowship, Risdene Academy is an inclusive school serving the local community.

The school's published admission number (PAN) is 45 per year group, with the exception of the current Year 3, whose PAN is 60.

The Education Fellowship uses Northamptonshire County Council to manage their admissions and appeals processes. All admissions to school are dealt with by the Local Authority and once a place has been secured, the admissions team from County will contact the school with information of a new child.

ii) Pupils with an older brother or sister continuing at the school at the time of admission of the younger child
iii) Pupils who live closer to the preferred school than any other school
iv) Other pupils

Tie Breaker
If the admission number is exceeded within criterion iii, priority will be given to those who live furthest from the nearest alternative school. If the admission number is exceeded within any other criterion, priority will be given to those that live closest to the school.
